★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made a small mistake today, but it's the first time that has happened in many visits. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. Surprisingly friendly! Using the app makes a huge difference - I've gotten so many free things since I started collecting stars. The egg bites are truly fantastic - definitely my favorite breakfast item. They make the Tim's version taste like garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never seen this type of worse service from Starbucks. I told them that I need the hot chocolate without a whip, but they put the whipped cream on the top, and the next thing when I've gone there to exchange my hot chocolate, nobody has helped me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good. Not any employee fault but why do they charge you 50 cents to blend a drink with ice already? And ordered a trenta barely came to the venti line? Bad review is not for the store but for the people who make the big decisions. Staff here is always friendly and never flinch when i come in with my 10+ drink orders. When a drink doesnt taste right they definitely make sure to get it done right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed a mobile order today. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. When we got to the window they had no record. Found We accidentally sent the order to another Starbucks 10 km away. We were told to go there. Were not asked to place a new order. We left and went to mountain bean down the road. Better coffee better service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am disgusted by the service at this location.
The cashier was talking to another co-worker for a good 10 minute's before serving us... they were talking about their own personal matters with each other. When we finally got served the cashier was quite rude and rushed so she could continue to carry on. When leaving didn't even say have a good day just said here is your drink and again continued to speak with her buddies at work.
The other staff member that she was talking to was drinking from her cup behind where they were making our coffees. Which means pulling down her mask to do so. Same person screamed really loud with excitement over something that another worker said. The whole experience was loud and very unprofessional. It was a bunch of teenagers carrying on and not actually working.
Just no professionalism at this location. Will not be going back.
