She just lean on the counter and make weird faces while taking the order… i went there several times to order food.. she just ignored me everytime. Like i am a SkipTheDishes driver or DoorDash. No hate to these guys but she is just ridiculous…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dined in a couple weeks ago with my girlfriend and there was a situation with an individual who seemed to be high on something, causing a scene. I did not feel in danger, but it was very uncomfortable for everyone, and there was a concern that the whole situation could take a turn for the worse if not handled correctly. I felt awful for the staff. This kind of situation is unfortunately becoming common everywhere, but what is not common is the way the staff at this location handled it. Alex handled the situation with poise and compassion, and I believe did a great deal to de-eacalate the individual. By the time I was leaving he had a cab out front, and the two were talking amicably. If Alex was frustrated I couldnt see it, he seemed cool, friendly, and in control.
It was a nice change up to see an employee handle that kind of scenario with such a calm demeanor. He treated the patrons respectfully, and was able to resolve the situation. Really good job, good staff at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They always get my order wrong. 2/10 times they get it right. If you call, they offer to replace. I don't want replacement, I just would like what I ordered and paid for. Perhaps if they pay attention to what they are doing maybe they will get people orders correctly.

Today I placed an order and asked for my receipt. I had to wait by Reserve window which is normal. The staff gave me half my order with my receipt, without saying anything causing an issue. I have reacted to this because they are so many times I have ordered and it's either not what I ordered or its completely not there. I have experience this so many times. I have brushed this aside many times because I understand mistakes happens.
TO THE STAFF OF MCDONALDS: Just a reminder that people paid to get their service! It's not FREE!
This is very close to my home so it's convenient for me, but after today I would rather drive 10 mins to get something than come here!!

I selected table service for table 4(my joints couldn't handle standing) and my food sat at the register while the cashier said it was my fault as they called the number.. idk what number, the app said table 4 we'll see you there.. the worst part is the app didn't give me a number to listen to if I tried..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new low. Western burger was pathetic. See pic. No where resembles pic of product. BBQ sauce over powers everything making it nauseating. 2 burgers 2 fries $27.
If your looking for a good burger at a better price go anywhere else.
Have not had a mcd in a long time and it will be a long time before I return.
