★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If not the best, it must be one of the best Starbucks I have ever been. The employees are very professional, friendly and kind. Other than getting your special coffee, it is also very important to be welcomed by this amazing people especially in the morning. The store does not have a drive through but it has a huge free parking lot and it is big enough to find a table and seat.
I will always remember all the good moments from this lovely place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst Starbucks in Calgary. I have a feeling this Starbucks might be where they train their staff. This is the closest Starbucks to us but we try to avoid it if all possible. The wait is always long - from taking your orders to making your drink. Doesn’t matter what time of day or how busy it is, it will always be slow. My advice is to stay away from this one or order your drink in advance. The picture I took here was a morning where it was nearly empty. We went to order our drink but stood in front for 3-5 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. There were 3 people behind the counter (cashier, barista, and manager). They avoided eye contact and just continued doing whatever they were doing. Had to do a few ah-hems to get their attention. I know this is really first world problems but Starbucks is known for their services and this one seem to be completely off brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unpleasant experience with parking at this location as there wasn't any - staff there were correct in defending the staff parking spots where I was but weren't nice about it. Could have compromised and let me park there in vehicle for 5 min as 3 other spots were blocked with buckets in main lot. The staff apparently needed all 3-4 empty spots where I was. Upsetting and won't be back. One less customer you will have to deal with at your busy location. Surprised to be treated like that at a Starbucks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind, friendly, amazing staff!!! Thanks to Adam for helping me choose a drink (PasnTango w/ lemonade) (very delicious) and for being so personable. Nevine was lovely and made me laugh. The lady with the pink-tipped hair (sorry I didn’t get ur name) makes a mean drink! Excellent experience and made my day <3333

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish can give minus star for staff here, the day I came and ordered our drinks in the early morning and she was very unhappy who took order at front line, she cut off taking order then turned around to did her stuff, i asked for scan my point with a little bit confusing then she was better help me than made me feel bad in Easter Day. Starbuck should trained people at front line to make sure customer satisfy. She need to learn about customer service as well.
Moreover, never get long wait in another store but here took almost 20mins for 2 drinks. Its hilarious. Never come back even I live near by 5 mins walks.
