Was craving some donuts and found this spot after a quick search. They sell primarily donuts and gelato as their name suggests. I picked up the cookie dough gelato sandwich which was 2 thin layers of cookie dough sandwiching vanilla gelato with one side dipped in chocolate. From looking at their menu I really wanted to try the lemon meringue donut unfortunately they weren't making any more for the day. All the donuts I tried were really crispy on the outside and super fluffy/airy on the inside. My favourite would be the milk chocolate mini egg one from the ones that I've tried. The worker there was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions.

Ordered the burger, parm fries and two pints of gelato on DoorDash the other day, and were very pleasantly surprised! The burger was AMAZING (possibly my new favourite in town). The portion of fries was gigantic, and both gelato flavours were great. I thought the pricing was totally reasonable as well. Highly recommend, we will be back.

As a restaurant owned by the Teatro group, I expected so much more, at least in the long run! I was hesitant to leave a review initially when Holy Cow first opened (around 3 years ago). We bought a large selection of their donuts and tried them among of us. We were less than impressed (given in this amazing city we have modern jelly and pretty sweet to contend with, so we knew it would be hard to compete) ~ but we thought we'd give them a bit of time to adjust recipes ect. Like I said, they're owned by the Teatro group so high expectations were assumed. We tried them again recently. The donut textures are a tricky and unpleasant place between airy and cakey. The icing on and inside the "peppermint patty" donut tasted very petroleum product esque. When you're paying nearly $4 per donut, it should be quality. I was hoping that Sunnyside could acquire a nice little donut/ gelato shop we could be proud of. The quality just isn't there yet and it's surprising given the food quality at the Vendome and other Teatro locations.

Extremely disappointed with this order. Worst door dash delivery of all time. A $14.50 tiny little cold hot dog, and poutine with no gravy and no cheese. Will never order here again.

I walked in, hard day. Just needed some delicious ice cream. I was immediately greeted by the sweetest little boy, Pierson. He described all the amazing ice creams in great detail, even describing their texture. Orignally, I just wanted some chocolate ice cream, but Pierson convinced me to expand my taste buds. Ultimately, I went with pistachio. I hate pistachio's. But Pierson, oh man did he make it sound amazing. And boy was it ever. The flavours melted on my tongue. I felt as if I was in heaven. My day was 1000 times better, all thanks to little man Pierson. This young man deserves a raise, he has his whole life to do amazing things. God bless you Pierson.

Stumbled across this place while adventuring with some friends, and was not disappointed. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and seemed more than happy to strike up a conversation and wait for our party to decide what they want. They also didn't seem annoyed by our taking pictures with their excellent neon sign. The staff and atmosphere added to an already great visit. And the ice cream was great. They had two options (it can be hard to find one) for those of us than can't have dairy, gluten, or peanuts -- both were delicious! I was very happy with my visit, and definitely want to go again!

If you have never tried savory Donuts and you wonder how they taste, this place is the place to go. Delicious! Highly recommended both the French onion and the one stuffed with cheese.

Ok I definitely came for the savory donuts. The French onion and everything bagel donut are epic and worth the stop. The Vietnamese coffee was probably my favorite sweet one. I love that they swap the flavors regularly. Nice little spot with free parking near by.
