β β β β β Went to this McDonalds next to the infamous, 'Crack Macs', to use the washroom and grab a hot chocolate . I had to order before being allowed access to the washroom. Of course the washroom was filthy so I didn't use it. I got my warm hot chocolate and went on my way.

β β β β β Staff here is friendly. This McDonald's is usually a bit messy and quite busy on weekends. The staff here has their hands full with all the crack heads and belligerent drunk people and they seem to do alright despite that.

β β β β β In dire need of renovations. Very busy location. Overall, nothing wrong with the food really. Lobster rolls were basically empty to cut costs I assume. When you enter the line starts right there so when it's busy you'll end up waiting outside. Terrible idea.

β β β β β I order a small coffee with milk and sugar. It took forever for the person working to figure where the milk was, where the sweetener was, and as basic as finding the lid for the cup. Something that should take max 2 mins took almost 7-8 mins for the whole process.

β β β β β Sketchy location, no indoor seating still. And our order was wrong also. Parking is super tight and limited, close to ctrain line also. I would recommend other locations instead of this one.

β β β β β There's no screen to select your meal, so I want and ordered and told the employee"give me a big hamburger", and he gave me a child size burger. Also you can't seat inside and are evicted to find some park to seat in..

β β β β β This downtown location is a lot smaller and outdated than other McDonald's in the city. I wish they had the self order touchscreen things like some of the newer stores do. But the food quality is consistently good and staff are friendly. I do find there can be a lack of seating though, so keep that in mind f you are going to dine in. And if you have a vehicle, don't expect to find much for parking, I think there's a total of maybe 10 parking spaces in the whole lot. Also to be noted, there is often a strong police presence in this area of downtown.
