★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son & I made our first visit to this chain recently. This was the location we visited. An vibrant young man named "Shrug" helped us along with his lovely female co-worker. The service was FANTASTIC. We had Carl's Single Bacon ( something) with Milkshakes and Poutine. THE FOOD WAS DIVINE!!!! WE WERE LAUGHING AND MOANING "This is so good!!!!" for the ENTIRE time we were finishing our meal. (Thank you also, to both these young people for restoring my faith in millennials)
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The milkshakes are made with cream, delicious. The Hawaiian grilled chicken was fantastic for a quick and delicious meal. The front staff member was extremely helpful & kind, AAA+ for customer service. Unfortunately no dine in service was available because of Covid restrictions, but the service & food was still great when I got home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband ordered my son the wrong food but it was no fault of Carl's Jr. He went back in and they made the chicken fingers my son wanted very quickly with an apology and a smile even though it was not their mistake ( we paid for both foods). Great service and they both enjoyed their food. I ate from here recently and did not enjoy it but I have IBS and can't eat almost any fast food so I feel like I cannot detract any stars for that. They were happy so 5 star!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give -3000000 stars, I would. Disgusting food. Except the waffle fries they had are awesome but the burgers are nasty. Don’t even consider the chicken burger. Boiled chicken breast lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all the workers are excellent at this location. Always have been. We haven’t been here for a while since we were working out of the city but the burgers tasted different than before. Have they changed something? They didn’t have that excellent grilled flavour we all have grown to love. Hopefully it was a one-off situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st time eating here. Visited Calgary and decided to give it a try. Was pleasantly surprised at the quality of service from the staff as well as food. Had the classic sandwich on recommendation from cashier and it was great. Thanks for the good service amd food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is amazing by the workers at this location when I went in two days ago!
All of the workers and staff were super friendly and really putting in the effort to handle the dinner rush.
Only reason I’m giving three stars is because the food quality was pretty average at best. Nothing was super impressive and I expected a lot better from this burger chain.
The only good thing I ordered that was enjoyable was the chicken tenders, unfortunately.
