โ โ โ โ โ You need to do something about your lettuce situation. Half the time the lettuce in the burger tastes off and it ruins the burger. Also probably not good for one's health.

I came from drive thru mentioned at the start of the conversation I have a 2 can dine meal. We proceeded on with the order and when we pull to first window and presented them with the coupon. The cashier brought alot of sas and attitude saying to mention that next time..... even though I literally said at the start of the order "I have a 2 can dine meal....."
Received the food and also mention on having the itemized receipt. They mention its in the bag. Upon coming home there was no receipt in the bag... service was poor and not impress with this location will find another place to go to next time.

โ โ โ โ โ I must have visited a dozen times over the last couple years. Every time I get a wet burger. EVERY TIME. I take it out of the paper and the bottom (the part furthest into the paper sleeve) is wet and soggy, up to 1/4 the way through. Why and how is it always a wet burger?
I'm more perplexed than angry, though honestly, still a little angry.
Very few food stuffs are less enjoyable than a wet burger.

โ โ โ โ โ BMW to me is one of the better fast food places. This particular location was a full restaurant, with all of the amenities that a&w offers at their sit-in restaurants. Food and service were both decent. The restaurant is very clean and welcoming. They even still offered the real A&W mugs!

โ โ โ โ โ Used to love this place as the employees were really nice and the food was good...until I saw that nobody wears gloves. One guy was wearing a watch or braclet that touched the food while he was making it. There is no way that was clean.
I waited 15 minutes for a single buddy burger and the employee didn't even bother to say sorry for the wait.

โ โ โ โ โ At the risk of my favourite take-out place becoming too popular and busy... I have had the best breakfast sandwich ever. I think somebody's Mom is working in the back there. It was so fresh, juicy and tasty that it was just sad when I finished it. I literally have to talk myself out of going there 2-3 times a week

โ โ โ โ โ Always hot and fresh. When choosing to dine at A&W, I always select the 516 16 Ave NW, Calgary location. It is always busy and that makes for hot and fresh food. I can honestly say I have never had to return any of my food at this place. My burgers are always hot and fresh, the onion rings are right out of the fryer and always crispy and of course, the root beer is always refreshing. The staff is always attentive and friendly so I have no doubt if a meal would ever be delivered below par, I would have no problem having the staff rectify the issue.
I recommend this location if you are traveling through Calgary on 16th Ave. NW.
