★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I went, the door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying that the only employee was in the washroom. In the time I waited, 6 other people tried the door and walked away. I left after waiting 10 minutes. Guess the owner doesn't care to staff 2 people at once so employees can do basic things like use the washroom ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one female worker was watching YouTube and I was ignored for about 5 minutes. Until I said hello.she then proceed to be rude towards me after I have her my order and spoke another language to her co-worker. I would never go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is really nice, the place is clean but the service was really poor!! The didn't have al ingredients or breads, they have new panini special, but no panini available! They didn't even have HAM!! How is that possible!! The only good thing is the do put enough meats and veggies on the Subs!! May not come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I come to this subway fairly often and it is one of the better subways in calgary super fast and polite. Today however has changed my opinion of it, so I came in and got my usual sub from this tiny young girl looked barley old enough to work here, she proceeded to yell at an elderly customer who seemed a little slow. My turn comes and I order my sub and she grabs to 6"sub buns that have splits and holes in themy (didn't notice till I got my sun and it fell apart on me but just pure negligence she proceeded to put veggies on my sub and was loosing them all of the counter which is SUPER UNSAFE for people with allergies. End of the day she seems tookay young to care about her job and I won't be coming here anymore if she's making my sub.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually there are no customers there but they have fresh food but I often go there to buy cookies. Just that I wish they had fresher made cookies. Just because not a lot of people go there and buy that, they just sit there and become stale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the Subways I've been to this is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a Subway! The girl had a snotty attitude and didn't seem to like us telling her how we wanted our subs made. They were out of soup and the girl made no attempt to take down the sign so customers would know they were out, but upset that I had the nerve to ask. When we ordered drinks, she made no effort to hand us our cups, so we had to grab our own. As soon as she was done with our order she went to hide in the back. We could've not ordered drinks and still grab some cups and helped ourselves. Another customer came in after us and she didn't bother to come out to help him. He asked us if anyone worked there. Lol
They get 1 star for making a sub that doesn't fall apart, sort of made it the way we wanted and not spitting in our food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Subway is pretty darn good basic fair in general, and this one is no different. Management seems to be pretty good and I am always content. The parking lot is a bit tricky entering, exiting, parking. I used a coupon a couple times, and they said I should just keep the coupon for next time too. Sounds good to me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh food, clean subway, easy access. Has a parking lot next to it. Cold but professional service. Tables inside. Can enjoin meal there or take out. Kids friendly. Has a W an M separate bathrooms.
