★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only. One of the two top BBQ places in Calgary so far. Place is very clean and efficient (as per a chinese BBQ place can be). Owners are friendly and complies with covid 19 safety protocols (giving you a buzzer to let you in when there's more than alloted amount of ppl inside). The Butcher here is unique in the way he chops the meat - it is really well done and thinly sliced (when it comes to BBQ pork and this is a hard technique to master). Everything comes with additional sauce (ask for it). Roasted pork and BBQ pork are a great go to here but everything is honestly a good choice. Food is not greasy nor salty tasting - maintaining good flavour in their meats.

My favourites are the Roast Pork, BBQ Pork and the Soya Chicken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little family run take out counter! Incredibly busy at lunch time but oh so worth it! Go early and you'll be fine. They've started using a pager system with Covid restrictions so you can wait comfortably in your car. CASH only even now so hit the ATM before going. Limit of 2 people in the store at 1 time so go in when you can, grab your pager and wait in your car. It will buzz when it's your turn. Once it's your turn they are super fast at chopping and packing what you need. Parking lot is small and gets packed quickly so plan ahead to be patient or park on the street and walk over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my honest opinion, this is probably one of the best crispy pork in all of calgary and the price is pretty good too! The owner is the one who cut up the pork and its perfectly cut all the time. I highly recommend you check this out. It looks quite bad from the outside but the food is worth it!
