β β β β β This location Starbucks is always crowded. The seats are usually all taken during the morning especially weekends. Their Frappuccino is ok and their heating is good but you usually get a seat outside due to the crowdedness and you can get really cold. Also their music is too loud to have conversations.

β β β β β Services are terrible. Waited at the other end of the line because we ordered it online. Nobody calls for our names when the order is done. Waited for 30β, asked the barrister she said the mobile order is at the other end when literally no one called our names for it.

β β β β β I love Starbucks dark roast. I buy bags for home and K-cups. Nothing else comes close. I only get dark roast coffee when visiting SB. Twice Iβve been to this location, as itβs near my school, and twice Iβm just sickened by the weakness of the dark roast. Will never buy coffee at this location again. Trust me, we real coffee drinkers know when you save a buck on quantities of beans.

β β β β β Drinks were good. Asked to have a banana bread but leave it in the package. I was told they would have to open it. But could put it into another bag for me.
Not only does this only allow for possible contamination, it adds more waste into our system.

β β β β β The number of locations has seriously reduced since the pandemic. Not much that is new in the past 3 years. Majority of locations make a great coffee. I drink mine black and no sweetener, so, taste of the coffee is paramount.
