A	Alexandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible location of blenz coffee. I would expect staff to take an order without mixing everything up. Please provide proper training for the employees and make sure they understand simple terminology.
P	Partap Tiwana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. Made me the wrong size drink, then proceeded to try and make me pay again for the new one. Keep in mind, this was my interaction with the owner. How can the staff be properly trained when the owner himself is not.

Blenz coffee has been one of my favourite coffee places for years and my Center of meetings with my friends until this awful experience. I went to the blenz coffee at the main entrance of the MetroTown mall. I was waiting for a friend when suddenly a man who workers there and who has a thick accent came and asked me about my order I explained to him that I was waiting for my friend so we can order together and he was extremely rude. He was trying to force me out of my chair. I can’t said anything about the other workers but the man is rude and with not social skills. I hope nobody experience this.
M	Mandeep singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was busy shopping and thought to take a sit and order a coffee and this older guy, brown medium height glasses and a thick accent came and asked for my order i said give me a second as I was doing something online and he pointed out seat reserved for blenz customers only. There was on one in the line and the entire area was kinda deserted no wonder why. I was so frustrated by his arrogance and actions that I left without ordering, horrible horrible service and attitude and I will never ever go there again. VERY RUDE

We bought 3 coffees and banana bread and one coffee was spilled accidentally by my Mom and i asked for some napkins to clean up the table and the lady keeps on telling me to wait for their crew to clean it. It was a very hot coffee and all over the table and floor and it took them 5 minutes to get someone to clean it and not even apologetic and seem like its even our fault the way the cleaner was acting....very disappointing especially i like their coffee but their customer service is so poor. I dont even want tk rate them 1

I asked for a straw and she slammed it on the counter! I’m never going back ever again! I agree with all of the other negative reviews! Don’t waste your money or time here. Vancouver has lots of options! Starbucks is across the street!
