โ โ โ โ โ Was super excited to know that JJ bean opened at Metrotown district.
This place crowed, but line up wasn't long in the morning (10:30AM)
Service is decent - probably because it was busy and newly opened.
Ordered multiple muffins, love the cranberry and orange flavour (?). The opening note from fruity sour cranberry then mixed with the refreshing sweet orange is a flavour bomb. Ending with an almond crunch. The muffin is big, dense, heavy, moist, and bouncy. For less than 4$, a very filling snack
Coffee was good. Had their daily filtered coffee. Dark roast wasn't my cup, so can't comment too much. But JJ bean rarely fails with their flavours and texture of their coffee

โ โ โ โ โ I am glad that we have jj bean coffee in Metrotown! Iced Americano was a bit sour but it was okay. I like here because of the comfortable looking interior. I have not tried bakery yet. But I am sure it won't let me down.

โ โ โ โ โ This place has really cute aesthetic. The barista was really nice and offered to warm up my muffin. I like the seating at this location a lot because it's divided and you can get private places to sit. This isn't a good place for large groups.

โ โ โ โ โ A great addition to Metrotown area. The interior looks cozy yet simplistic in design. I ordered a chamomile tea and chocolate zucchini muffin. Tea was just a normal tea what can I expect, however Iโm not a big fan of the muffin. It was very dense, not having lots flavour, mainly I just tasted the flour. It was pretty pricey around 4bucks for tasteless muffin. Despite having some chocolate pieces hidden around it, I didnโt really taste chocolate at all. I might try different bakery items next time.

โ โ โ โ โ Friendliest staff and super nice space to work or meetup! Great coffee and amazing pastries. They bake everything in house.
Can get busy and loud during the day so keep in mind if you want to study there.
Will def become a regular there!

โ โ โ โ โ A nice change from other coffee place. The ambiance is warm & welcoming which doesnโt feel like your typical coffee place.
They offer the usual beverages of teas, coffee, lattes, etc. Whatโs different are 5 choices to add to your beverage - soy, almond, milk, cream, or oat. They also have wraps, muffins, cookies, etc. Located right across from Cactus Club at Station Square. A busy place!

โ โ โ โ โ Just stopped by the newly opened location of JJ Bean and I love the location at Station Square.
The decor is bright, open, modern warm and lots of light. The seating is a mix of tables, booths, benches with lots of outlets to charge your devices, people watch or enjoy private space. There is outdoor seating on the patio too which will be lovely in the summer.
The bakery menu options have lots of vegetarian and vegan options. I had the double-baked almond Croissant and it was just decadent, crisp, and for those that like almonds, just perfect! A rich start to the day with excellent dark roast coffee, to go and the perfect accompaniment to a walk at Central Park that is not too far of a walk if you like fresh air or the mall if you'd like to walk off the calories!
Either way, I'll be back!

โ โ โ โ โ Great new spot in Station Square! Enjoy their baked goods, particularly the Pumpkin Apple Muffin and Chive & Cheddar Scone. Have had a variety of drinks including the Pink Beet Latte, which had a nice earthy flavor. They are charging $0.25 for cup takeout, but also have a decent seating space to have your coffee inside. Service is friendly and efficient. I just wish they had a rewards program, because I'll likely be back to try more from their menu!
