WeWork Office Space & Coworking

The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and quickly helped me point out a few places at the office. For now, the place was very vacant and things were very clean. I would come again if and when I'm in the vicinity. It was a stopover working space I needed for a few hours and the 3 hour parking was ample time for me but probably not enough for a full day.

This is the future way of working. As many organizations are reducing the real estate space and WeWork are the best to replace the office environment. It’s slowly ramping up now but I definitely see significant utilization near future. I personally loved it.

WeWork is snazzy, warm, and inviting. Can't go wrong with Cold brew and Kombucha - and their community team actually cares.

Everything you need to make your work day special. Appreciate the extra touches, bagels this morning as one example. Staff are also very professional and friendly.

I’m a huge fan of WeWork at Station Square. But the last time I was there, it was so noisy throughout the day. There were lots of students who treated the place like a coffee shop and chatted loudly. While I pretty much love everything about WeWork, I think it should improve its management of noise levels by doing round checks every once in a while. Hope the next time I go there, it’ll be better!

Really nice working place where you can just drop in for a day to work if you get cabin fever at home. The receptionists are really friendly, there is free coffee and nice music in the background. Unfortunately the parking was limited to 3 hours.

Excellent location and easy access. Wonderful office space setup. The staffs are helpful and proactively resolve my access issue. Definitely recommend for coworking space !

Recently when my work laptop stopped working, I was a bit worried about the logistics of getting it repaired because, as far as I knew, my company didn't have a branch in British Columbia. So, imagine my surprise when I was asked to visit the local office at the WeWork building in nearby Station Square, Burnaby! Say what? WeWork (yep, the same company that's been in news for mostly the wrong reasons for quite some time) provides workspace and co-working solutions that are used by companies, big and small. I'd read a lot about their offerings, but had never been to any WeWork office till I entered the premises of the one in Burnaby. So, I was quite amazed at how neat the entire setup was. Located higher up in the same building that houses famous restaurants like Cactus Club Cafe and Earls Kitchen + Bar, WeWork Office Space & Coworking is right next to Metropolis at Metrotown. Talk about prime real estate! There are ample parking spots in the structure just a few steps away from the office entrances, so that's one big monkey off your back if you're driving to work here! The reception area is pretty, colorful and spacious, and the staff that greeted me on arrival were cheerful and friendly. The place has quite a few office spaces, conference rooms, phone booths, a well-stocked kitchen, a wellness room, free coffee and what not. There are ample touch-free sanitizer dispensers, and it is apparent that lots of effort goes in for keeping the entire space spic and span. Happy that I got to check out this cool place on the pretext of getting my laptop fixed. The only downside for me is possibly having to lose the option of working from home when the pandemic situation gets better because there's an office location in the city. Sighs. But, hey, at least the commute won't be that bad because the place is right next door, plus (and that's a big plus!) there's free parking! Hoping I won't have to go back there anytime soon though ??
