Outstanding service from the moment I walked in to when I walked out their doors. Lauren a very helpful wonderful and kind waitress, I asked her if she had hand sanitizer she was eager with a positive attitude to accommodate my request. I felt very taken care of there as a guest comming alone to dine in. They have great team players at this location the energy of any staff i received service from was attentive positive. My waiter Shawn was the best waiter I've ever had. I was very impressed, I asked if I could speak to the manager on my way out since I wanted to express my gratitude for the above and beyond experience comming there. When i met Danny one of the Managers, he came out he was also very kind and thanked me for comming in and the feedback He was very happy about me letting him know about my experience! He even offered me a little something on the house on my next visit! This was the best all around restaurant experience I've ever had. I was very impressed with the epic kind wonderful attentive and genuine service I recived at this Earls. The team here and the food is absolutely amazing! The dish I had was fresh full of flavors and nicely presented. Thank you to the Chefs who made my order it was art work and yummy. I'm craving again already! Thank You so much! You truly made my Friday! I'm one very beyond satisfied happy customer ?

I have to say, I am very impressed with just the level of service I received at Earls. I had the best waitress, I was indecisive and I asked her to order for me. She said : “ I know what you’ll like” I had my plate placed in front of me moments later and, she was right! Thank you Coco! The food and craft drinks mixed with the decor, is the perfect place to wind down and enjoy story’s that lead to laughs. I totally recommend this restaurant!

Nice ambiance, food was decent, parking was convenient, and our server was super friendly—great place to catch up with friends. I also like that you can settle the bill on your own right on your phone. I feel like the check-in process could’ve been smoother, and we did notice many fruit flies on the walls by our booth… otherwise this Earls location would easily get 5 stars!

Went to Earls Station Square for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the Happy Hour brunch selection and prices. Our Server Alicia was very friendly, outgoing and attentive. She recommended the chorizo hash after understanding what type of food I like and it was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service, food and atmosphere. Plan to go back with family.

We saw the Night Manager, Brett (though we didn’t know his name yet), in a well dressed suit and a paper bag in his hands as he walked in front of to Earl’s. First impressions can be deceiving but this isn’t one of those reviews. Our set had made a reservation at Earl’s to celebrate surviving our first year in Marketing Management at BCIT. We were greeted kindly by staff and our waitress, Luna, then shown our lovely patio table. Brett comes out, and we’re all a little confused because we had just been whispering behind this man’s back about how gentlemanly he was dressed. He introduces himself, and says that there was a special request for an assortment of funky hats for the table. Our friend that made the reservation gasped, forgetting that she had made this request as a joke. She wasn’t expecting Earl’s to actually deliver on this. Brett adorned each of us with a hat that surprisingly fit our personalities on a first guess. Our server Luna did an incredible job making sure our table of drinks and food was well organized and coming in at a steady pace. The food was the delicious, the drinks tasteful, and the service was so friendly and personable. We were treated like kings and queens after feeling like we had just gone through the toughest reality survival show to complete our first year at BCIT. To cap off the night, the staff treated us to champagne to celebrate a relaxing and fun filled summer, starting with lunch at Earl’s. Thank you Brett, Luna, and the rest of Earl’s for giving us the best first impression of your restaurant, your team, and making the end of a long year of trying to improve ourselves as people feel truly special! You’re the best!

Came in on a busy Mothers Day, welcomed with beautiful smiles, and got a seat at the bar instantly! Amazing drinks and food. Bartenders were great. Always a great time here. The Cajun salmon was cooked perfectly and I loved the crispy onion with the jasmine rice that came with my dish. YUM! The manager, Ben, was very attentive. Thank you!

It was full of people and the music was really loud. It was not the best place to have a chat with the loving ones. I came here for food though. However, the cuisines turned out to be not so special. The only amazing thing was spinach dip. That was it. Fries were less than Mcdonald's quality(you can clearly see from the photo) and the beef steak was super small. Buffalo cauliflower was so sour. And it did not maintain the shape when I picked up with my fork. It kinda shattered. We finished all our foods because we don't like wasting foods as well as we were starving. If I visit next time, I will order just spinach dip.

A couple of us came here for lunch. We started with the spinach dip. The colour of the dip didn’t seem natural. Mostly tasted like it was a basic mix. I ordered the Vegan Impossible Burger wrapped in lettuce versus a brioche bun. My friend ordered the chicken Nashville sandwich. Both burgers came with either fries or salad. The menu offers a good selection for those with specific food requirements. I am not sure if it was the spinach dip or the burger I had but it did not sit well in my stomach after leaving the restaurant. I doubt I’ll have either of the two items if I am to visit again. Service was prompt and attentive.
