โ โ โ โ โ They were not willing to give us their GST number even though it is mandatory to have it on receipts or tell the customer what the GST number that is registered to the business so that we can write off the furniture.
After asking the lady who is also the owner of this company, they refused to tell us their GST registered number (most likely because they aren't registered) and she claims that she doesn't need to give it out due to privacy reasons. What kind of BS is that?
They need to tell their customers what their GST number is if they are going to charge GST and report it to CRA.
