Do not order from these guys on line. I had to keep going back to the beginning on the web site 4 times because it keep sending me some other store in Ontario. Then they say 2 hour pick up and they will email me when its ready, 2 days later, no reply. So I called, first they said they couldn't find it, then said it was being shipped to my home, then they said oh ya we don't have 1 item in stock and they told me they didn't know when it will be ready. So I said I want to cancel, try doing that, what a joke. The guy at the Midland store was a real a..hole.

I went into the store and Natalie(Nat) was awesome. She took the time to help me and I left content with the customer service I received. I will be back in the future.

I love the product no recieved I got everything I wanted and I've never had to return anything from there. The service could use some work though. I went in to look for something the associate was a young girl and she seemed like she didn't want to stick around because I had further questions. I later called because I had called around to see what else was around town staples had the best price. The manager picked up even though I didn't see him in the store when I was in it was all young kids. He seemed to know what was going on and helped me with ease. I went back in to get the product and the manager was nowhere to be seen. The associates were all ignoring us except one who asked us something we said we were waiting to be helped and she didn't communicate it with anyone because she needed to help others (this was the first lady who originally helped me she was trying very hard at this point but no one else was). We watched as another associate walked all the way around the store before coming back up to the desk before we had to interrupt him to ask him for help he said he wasn't busy though? From then on the service was awesome everything went well and the young gentleman did a fine job. My suggestion for this opportunity is to have more proactive staff. Please coach your staff to help customers right as they walk in because they can easily go somewhere else to buy what could be a very profitable sale (we ended up spending +$500). Other than that your service and products are amazing and I'll definitely be returning! Thank you!

This store is one of the worse in customer service I've ever seen. A few years ago I bought an office chair what broke during warranty time. Staples Canada sent them an email and myself to the store to get it exchanged or repaired. The store manager told me that I have to go after the manufacturer. After I got a bit grumpy he took the chair and, surprise, surprise, went to the back and repaired it in minutes. Now I bought a printer and found after a few days that it's not compatible with an important program I have to use for work. OK, I made a big mistake and disposed the original packaging. I called and asked if they can take it back and that I would buy a more expensive printer right away. They refused because the "manufacturer will need the box", I don't know for what the box is needed by the manufacturer when the printer is good to use. Just put it in your display and sell it again.

Very well laid out store. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breezed thru the cash line easy. A little bit different type of store as there are no windows in the store.

This store is well run and stocked with most items you would use for business and personal needs in the stationery technology areas. They do need to review their Sunday opening as noon is quite antiquated. Otherwise great service

Went to a "print shop" to have two photos printed on cardstock. Left in tears with no printed items, leaving the purchased cardstock behind, because of the level of frustration and lack of customer service I experienced. I thought that staff were paid to provide goods and services to the public, but now we are just directed to malfunctioning self-serve stations because staff are too lazy to do the work. * I tried every available option at the self-serve kiosk, and asked for staff help multiple times. Their only response was that their shift was done. Despicable.
