β β β β β Buyer beware! I purchased an LED Sign from Maisy at Standard LED. They loaded the software on my laptop but did not provide any manual or instructions. My laptop no longer works. Contacted them by phone. Very rude response from Maisy and a man who answered the phone. No support or assistance forthcoming. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend them anyone else. Investment lost!!

My uhaul reservation was for 10am and did not show up until 10:50 with hardly an apology!
They shouted, βwe are our own boss, so we can open whenever we want .β
βI donβt care about customers!β
The couple who owns this place has no business running a business.
Very rude, screams at customers and have no regard for peopleβs time.
Customer service is non existent.
Please avoid this place at all costs. Check out other reviews.
It seems like Iβm not the only one with a negative story to tell about this place.

β β β β β I brought the led lighting from my house so they could match the colour. The lady assure me it was the colour. It was not. I went today to exchange but she did not have any. So she told me she was going to deduct 15% since that is their policy for returns. I told her she assure me it was going to be the same colour and it was not,. She said not. She was not sympathetic at all!
