★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a scam. They confirmed the facial was 60 dollars and after service they charged us 80 dollars....after doing clean up my husband's face was completely bruised ..the sheets were dirty ...waste of time and money...terrible experience...not recommended....

They go above and beyond just the service, they ask you if you are have any questions and give good advice on post operative care and diet. I credit a large part of only being a month post op but looking 3 months to them. Looking forward to doing microneedling here also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully 100% reccomend coming here for all of your beauty needs. Any problems with skin or hair, just call Martha. Martha REALLY REALLY takes care of you and reccomends only the best. Clean and bright facility, warm and welcoming. I have been coming to Martha for YEARS. For facials that have helped me with my acne and skin and more recenly laser hair removal that actually WORKS (even on dark skin like mine) !!!!!! My face looks beautiful and hair free, my legs are hair free, and my bikini is more beautiful and hair free than ever! Never have to worry about shaving again! And lastly you never have to worry about anything going wrong, Martha has YEARS OF EXPERIENCE .. YEARS!! Any type of future beautician needs I will be coming to Martha #clientforlife

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first time I came here my experience was phenomenal with the dark skin massage therapist. She was very informative and made me want to come back.
I come here for my second massage and I got a different massage therapist. She was Spanish and rushed my massage. Before I even got the massage I waited 30 minutes at the front (I heard them speaking in a different room), then they brought me into a room and my massage didn't start until maybe 15-20 mins later...So there goes almost an hour of my time to wait.
Once the massage starts i specifically had it all time. I got 15 minutes with ultrasound and 5 minutes with her hands on my back. She tried to convince me she did 15 mins but I had it marked on my phone when. She even started picking at my pores/back pimples (which hurt lol) telling me what I need to get down (I didn't come in to get insulted or be consulted about anything other than my massage). After I flipped to my front the owner came in and they both started talking to each other about going to Tim Hortons? MIDDLE OF MY MASSAGE...
They swapped as the other left and then the owner tended to my abdomen which she did very well but I was really annoyed with how my privacy was invaded and the professionalism of my appointment. Me waiting almost an hour and the laziness of the massage I received.
The professionalism of my experience was terrible. If I ever were to come back I will only go to the first massage therapist I had. Would of rated 1/5 if it wasn't for her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love going to the Serene Spa. Martha and her staff are so professional and make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa is beautiful, clean and offers lots of high quality products. It’s absolutely worth the 2 hr drive for me to go there.
