M	Mrbiggest bawss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service à la clientèle vraiment horrible, on vous raccroche au nez on vous réponds sèchement. La madame à qui j'ai parlé était très impolie. Really horrible customer service, they hang up on you and they answer you curtly. The lady I spoke to was very rude.

Le chauffeur qui est venu m'a dit non qu'il veut pas des trucs dans sa voiture et est parti dans ma face. It's gross how they treat people and it hung up in my face because I was asking for a car that could hold all my gifts. The driver who came told me no he doesn't want stuff in his car and left in my face.

Ensuite, je suis monté dans le taxi il a appelé le conducteur il a dit « fait attention à cette fille la elle a rappelé pour savoir ça va prendre combien de temps » et il commençait à chialer carrément et j’entendais la conversation. N’importe quoi je ne recommande pas du tout !!! When I called to find out how long the driver was coming. The guy on the phone was very rude for no reason. Then I got in the taxi he called the driver he said “pay attention to this girl she called back to find out how long it will take” and he started to cry outright and I heard the conversation. Anything I do not recommend at all !!!

This calling system saved me from waiting out for taxis in the freezing cold/rain. The Driver was very polite: he opened for me the doors, helped me with the luggage, cleaned the rear seats and organized the newspapers and adjusted the ipod in front of me. He was very considerate. On the way, he helped an old lady stuck in the snow and boosted her battery for free! I wanted to thank you Mr Driver Nabil. You are so professional and helpful. I have never seen a person taking care of people with such devotion. THAK YOU and Happy New Year 20/20

I didn't know that the dispatcher had called to let me know that the taxi was already outside, bcs I was already outside. I asked the driver if he came for me. He behaved as if I insulted him. He said if you see a tsxi, and you called a taxi, it's for you. It's the attitude that went with the words. I judged Thai could be his mother age wise. I was a little upset.
