Dear Clients,
Based on the current provincial changes, below are some important updates to our operating policies.
1. WE CAN NOW SEE ALL CASES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
This includes vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, and more!
2. SAFETY MEASURES TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE
- We are allowing 1 client per pet appointment to accompany their pet for the exam. We ask that you give us a call when you arrive for your scheduled appointment.
- Face masks are still required to enter the hospital and must be worn properly at all times within the clinic and when interacting with our team members outside.
- Please sanitize your hands upon entry.
- Continue the use of credit cards as the preferred payment method.
3. OPERATING HOURS
We are OPEN with the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday: Closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The institute and the staff are really nice and helpful. However, the vet that was assigned to me didn’t seem to know much about dogs. Not only did he not know how to hold a 7 week old puppy down, he also was extremely vague in answering my questions. As a new pet owner, a vet is someone I would hope to get answers from but the guy didn’t even tell me anything about feeding him, potty training him or him nibbling on stuff. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but I got unlucky with the vet I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kindest staff. They are great at empathizing with pet owners, and don't charge you if you just wanted to see a doctor for post-vaccine checkups (like if a lump had formed at the injection sight). They're all very nice and very considerate!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My puppy loves going to see the friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff at St Norbert. Appointments are easy to make. Good use of technology for reminders. Follow up for appointment to see how puppy is doing. Neuter surgery was top notch. Check ups and same day appointments for urgent needs. Just excellent. Would not consider going anywhere else!

During the Pandemic, our 11 year old dog had reached the end of his life and they were so incredibly compassionate and warm through the entire difficult experience. It was also the only location that would let us be with him (masked) for his appointments in the last year of his life. Other vets weren’t as understanding. I appreciate their honesty, kindness and knowledge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were able to get me in on very short notice. Their hours are great - open evenings and Saturday/Sunday. My two cats just loved Dr. Rochelle and she was so very gentle with them. Dr. Rochelle explained every procedure thoroughly to me and was very transparent with pricing. Even after that, the final bill was much less than I was expecting. She genuinely cared for my animals and me. After looking for emergent issues, she came up with a plan for treatment for my cat to try to determine what is going on. The staff provided choices on prescription food suitable for any budget and need - plus if they didn't have it, they were quick to order it for you. It is very clear that all the staff at St. Norbert deeply care about their work, their clients, and the animals they treat. I cannot recommend them enough. Plus there was a super cute pup at the front desk with his little tongue hanging out!
