In kids emergency room, the receptionist did not provide the right answer when I ask her how many doctor we have Tonight and how long we need to wait here to see the doctor? We have been there for more than 2 hours and finally left the hospital due to we got so tired. We are very disappointed about the service and this is not acceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you need medical help this is not the place to go. Every time I visit this hospital I have to seek care from some other place. A few years back I fractured both my forearms, St. Joseph staff took a look at me and sent me home with only a prescription to OxyContin. I had to have my GP arrange for me to see the fracture clinic. I have multiple other stories relating to my children. Don’t waste your time here if you can avoid it.
