A BIG THUMBS UP!!! Runnymede Healthcare Centre's vaccine clinic and assessment centre are exceptional! I have visited Runnymede healthcare multiple times with my kids for covid-19 testing and vaccinations and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and facility. The vaccine clinic and assessment centre is very well organized, efficient and clean! All staff are very nice, dedicated, and extremely helpful. Shout out to the wonderful lady Riddi for making our experience pleasant at the vaccine clinic and to Mario for being so gentle with my little ones. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs covid-19 testing/vaccinations. Thank you to the Runnymede staff for all their hard work and dedication in keeping the community safe during these unprecedented times.

My son received his paediatric Covid immunization here. The staff, including Riddhi (who administered the shot) and Mary, were outstanding. They took great care to ensure the best possible experience. I highly recommend this facility, especially to anyone who is in any way apprehensive.

This is the worst vaccine clinic, it is so disorganized! We were standing outside for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the door. We were told to sit and then later shown to the kids vaccine room. They then said that they could not give my daughter her second dose at 3 weeks, they were only doing 8 weeks. I showed her the government website that says with informed consent you can get it earlier. They said wait for a supervisor. We waited 15 minutes while the supervisor yelled at staff in the other room. I think they forgot about us so I popped my head out and a few mins later she came in. She said they are following the 8 weeks only even thought the Ontario booking portal says you can do it earlier and pharmacies will do it earlier. When I asked why she said there are not pediatricians here and if she had a reaction they couldn't help her, but you give first doses???? I said the label on the bottle says 21 days, she said no, it says 8 weeks! I said no, it doesn't. Flustered, she said we do 8 weeks. I said who made that decision, the "head" doctor. Who is that? Didn't know, then she says me. Really? You clearly don't even know who NACI are and you made this decision? I asked why do you accept appointments when I put in all her information, she had no idea. She said it is up to the facility, I said it is up to the Ministry of Health and they say you can get it at 3 weeks as recommended on the bottle. I suggested she add a note that they only do 8 weeks to their booking platform. Blank stare. Seriously, where do you find these people????? Dumb, rude, oblivious, disorganized , I could go on. Save yourself getting yelled at or wasting your time and go to a pharmacy where they know how to read the label on the bottle and will give it to your child at 3 weeks. We go to Shoppers tomorrow.

I would give a zero stars if this was an option. I am glad I only did orientation which suppose to be 4 and they cut it to 3 because management told me they needed staff, after that I had my full time schedule, glad that I checked in. It was empty, I should work on Friday this week, instead when I called in to ask why there was no notification in my email, office did not know about any of that, after a while HR told me to call to scheduling department and told me to call to HR because they did not know anything. I had to wait for confirmation almost an hour only to find out that they are "fully Booked" And I know for a fact that management promised me full time hours. Every single day while I was there, management did not know what they were doing, I did not get any good time there and only stress. I gave up right after orientation and submitted my resignation letter on Friday, and what do you know, no reply from them at all... If you ever hear about this company and they want to hire you. Please do me a favor stay away from them as far as possible, not worth a penny.

This place appears to be managed extremely poorly. I brought my son in for a Paediatric vaccine. There were no other patients and was told they would likely likely need to throw out shots because no one came. They have done such a poor job of publicizing! Their website states “appointment only” and “no availability”. Nothing on the website states that walk-ins are available. And even when you call and get through to the front desk, they won’t tell you to come in, but instead forward you to a number which doesn’t answer. I called back later to provide feedback. They didn’t want to hear it. I was told their vaccine clinic had already been decommissioned. So apparently they are making no effort whatsoever to distribute the vaccines they are still receiving. Wasteful mismanagement. The people actually staffing in the clinic were great. Five stars for them. Zero for the management.

Well it is with great pleasure that I can write a review on the care given at Runnymede. Growing up in the area I have known about this Centre since I was a kid. Around October 9th my 92 year old Dad needed help as he lived alone and wanted to maintain his independence, however life happens. It was that day when we were in dire need of help and Runnymede came through big time. My Dad stayed there for almost 3 weeks when I brought him home to my house so he could be with family. I could write a short story on those 19 days he spent there. He was on the third floor and everyone helped him and us to get him home. I can swear that every nurse, doctor, therapist and administration staff were amazing. If something happens I would not hesitate taking him back there, however at this time he is home, we are supported by the work set up by Runnymede and again so many thanks for everything they did to help my Dad and us as a family. What an amazing place to help so many, very grateful we are and will be.

Top notch care. My 91 year old grandmother’s experience is worthy of a big 10/10! Medical, support (multi-disciplines) and PSW staff were incredible and displayed such empathy! Meals were plentiful ! Environmental Staff ensured a clean and safe facility! The main floor staff were pleasant and helpful. All around positive experience and communication with family went above and beyond ! 3 East …. Kudos to you! And Kudos to the leaders who’s vision and leadership have created such a cohesive and amazing, amazing experience for our loved one ! Much appreciated!
