★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given it was the peak of the pandemic in Toronto it was hard to vet companies to replace two sets of doors in our home. I liked how responsive Toronto Windows and Doors was right from the beginning and that continued throughout the order and install process. Chad & his team were a pleasure to deal with. We had two sets of doors to replace in our new home and Chad took lots of time to guide me on the best choice and options available. The estimated wait time from order to install was kept and the install team led by Kyle was efficient and quick. Kyle even ensured extra spray foam was done around the new doors where it had previously been lacking. He is very knowledgeable and ensured everything was done properly. We are really happy with our new doors and couldn't recommend Chad and his team enough!

The salesman, Randy Fortner, helped us choose exactly what windows we needed and Kyle's crew did an amazing installation job. As promised, they used waterproof drop sheets to protect our floors and white broadloom and cleaned up exceedingly well.
We certainly would recommend them to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys did an amazing job of our renovation project! Installed new windows and large sliding patio door. Product quality was great! Service was excellent! Even when there was an error with one of the windows ordered, Arash very quickly and professionally took care of it immediately and replaced the item and installed it in under a week!
They also took the time to clean and polish all of the newly installed windows and doors before they left!
I would recommend them to everyone, and our friends and parents are planning on hiring them next year. Thanks again!

From the minute I reached out to the date of delivery/installation the service was exceptional. We worked with Arash who was a dream to work with. After my installation completed, I understand why my friend recommended, because they are amazing. I got them replaced my 11 windows and 2 patio doors. They are professional and responsive. Project completed on time and I am very happy with these new windows. Definitely would recommend.

From first contact to installation completion, the professionalism, communication and service was exemplary. Randy was very helpful in selecting the doors and window, and kept us informed on the status of our doors and window after ordering. Kyle and his team completed the installation and were approachable, professional and meticulous. Arash made sure that we were happy with everything after the installation. We will be using them again to do the rest of our windows.

My husband and I are new homeowners and knew next to nothing about ordering a new front door, but the whole team at Toronto Doors and Windows was super responsive and explained a lot of the finer details (Niel was my primary contact). Like everything else during COVID, leads times were originally quoted as being approx 12 weeks for a new door, but from the time I first contacted the company to having our new door fully installed was only 5 weeks. Installation by Kyle was a breeze and the door looks immaculate! Highly recommend this company.

The work was done with pride, care and an attention to detail. Also, everything went much faster than we expected! We will be calling when we need new windows!
