Had such a great time! It's was so much fun, if you're a Sci fi fan always wanted to play out being on the bride of a star ship then this is for you. Staff are amazing and helpful. I cannot wait to gather the crew and go back again

This was such a fun experience! I went with a group of 7, only knowing one person, and by the end of it we were all howling laughing and having a blast. Great team building experience and just plain old fun! If you like science fiction - you'll LOVE this. Even if you don't like Sci-Fi, you'll still have a good time. Don't be intimidated by the commands - you swiftly learn it and the complexity makes it so much more immersive. I can't wait to go again!

Went to Proxima Command for my brother's birthday last week. It was a good test cause he and I are Star-Trek-trivia-winning nerds, but the rest of the group were decidedly not. Everyone had a great time. It's not so much an escape room as a bridge mission simulator. We got ourselves blown up a couple times before figuring out a) how everything functioned and how each role supported each other and b) how to function and communicate effectively as a team. In that respect, it was a very successful entertainment and learning experience! And my brother got to say "Engage" and "Make it so" a bunch of times. So everyone wins. The concept was well executed especially for the first gen. The systems were all tied together much better than I'd imagined, and you really had to work together. It also seemed pretty flexible to handle teams between 5-7 people. There's a couple minor roles that could be handled by one person in addition to their main role, though might be a little boring for a sophisticated player (you could always rotate). In a pinch, I probably could have managed both science and engineering, but 5 was a good number. Staff was really helpful and accommodating setting everything up and during the game. As there wasn't anyone else after us, we ended up using a bunch of extra time, which was great. Just email them for any special requests/inquiries. Five stars. Will do again. In uniform.

Escape room is not really interesting, and some components were broken which ruined the end. Space ship simulation looks like it's from 2002, and is very unintuitive. Parts of the room were broken, one of the tablets failed, and part of the program didn't work, making completion impossible without being fixed.

We had a great afternoon celebrating our son's 9th birthday. Him and his friends were totally engaged, and it was wonderful to see how the vibe changed from a hectic mess at the first 10 minutes to a well-ordered team work by the end of the mission. The staff was great, making sure that the team is working well towards its final goal.

This was our second time attending Proxima Command, and we brought friends for a birthday gift. We had fun, but struggled a bit because we were only 4 people, but we’re (mostly) successful! Some glitches with the tablets, but it was easily fixed with help from staff. The smoke was a bit stinky too, but that just motivated us to avoid failure, haha. Recommended if you’re into Sci-fi and don’t mind spending an hour yelling at your friends and being slightly confused (feel like that’s kind of standard for Escape rooms!). Glad to see you’re open after the lockdowns!

Had an amazing time in the space ship simulation. A hectic first ten minutes then started to feel like a team flying a real spaceship. Exciting, tense, fun and exhilarating. Kids and adults alike just loved it.

We did the escape room (spaceship collapsing) and had a decent time. The level was pretty tough but we escaped with about 4 mins remaining out of the hour allotted. A two star deduction was actioned in my review due to i) high price of $40/person after tax for 1 hour and ii) some of the lights didnt go green after we got the correct answer. Patrick mentioned the technical issues 10 minutes in - its not a big deal that he forgot to tell us after we started, but hopefully the light issues can be resolved because it gets a bit confusing and at the premium price everything should be working. Overall it was a decent day and a good use of the space.
