★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The marinated chicken here is super delicious and I just love how friendly the staff are here! I asked repeatedly about where the farms were located and how the chickens are raised and the staff patiently explained everything to me. They’ve won my business on roncy for sure!
Not to mention they were super sweet to the children I was with, helped me open the door to get out and they let you bring your own Tupperware containers for meat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best butcher in the city. Amazing quality, great selection of marinated meats/sausage flavours/smoked cuts, awesome people, killer homemade sauces, stews, gravy, etc.... And of course, the ethically raised part is the reason I love them the most. You can 100% taste the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now my local butcher. This place has a good selection of meats. There's fried chicken on a couple of days as well as other hot plate items. A freezer with tones of soup stock of various kinds. Prices are bit higher but I like the quality I get for the price I pay. Staff is friendly and knows their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little bit pricey but they have some great items there. Also the staff are really cool and always accommodate when there is an issue. Had some chicken go bad the day after I bought it, they replaced it no questions asked. You guys are amazing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd like to try a lot more of what they offer but from what I have tried I've been very happy with. Aside from their meats they also have side dishes that are great too! Making flank steak burritos again tonight with their flank steak and chimichurri marinade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware chicken breast/thighs from here! Everything else, staff included, are lovely. Have 3-4 times been in full swing dinner mode to then unwrap chicken and discover it had soured, and the dinner is ruined. Not sure what special pleasure they have over there with selling chicken one day from spoiling but it seems to be a habit of theirs.

The fried chicken sandwiches are enormous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a loyal shopper here since the day they opened - great meats, great butchers - the manager especially and I love supporting my local shops. However, after my experience today I won't be going back. I was treated with condensation, hostility, aggression and rudeness by a very self-righteous cocky young man who should never had been hired for a customer-facing role. It's a lose lose I'm afraid. Happy to discuss this episode with the owner if you are inclined.
