L	Leynia Baratheon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in today to see one of the doctors (to become a new patient) as I have been having Chronic shoulder pains that have gotten worse in the last week. I was also told by someone who is a patient there that they were accepting new patients. I go in, ask to see a doctor, stated my situation and when I asked to become a new patient, "sorry we aren't accepting new patients." Receptionist was very rude when I went to walk out and I would NEVER RETURN TO THIS MEDICAL CENTER EVEN IF THEY ARE ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS. Waste of my time and now more gas to go to a doctor's office that will take me in. If I could give half a star, it would be a better statement.

Makes them wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, than an hour wait when you're there. 1 week wait IF they don't forget about you, for bloodwork. They overbook, don't have emergency doctors if your doctor isnt there, push for new patients then decline them, don't accept most insurances now, and if you cant wait for that appointment 3 weeks from now, go to the emergency or a walk in clinic? They just blocked my number, and left my husband's go on ring. VERY bad experience over the last couple of years. Not worth going in. Local using anonymous name.

She is rude to patients and not interested in giving appointments... yes not interested in giving appointments. ( at least the doctors are good and interested to help ). I have witnessed more than once now the receptionist saying there is no room for the next 2 weeks to either me personally or to other patients when I call or they call and when I show up in person suddenly there is tons of room available ( not addressing the same receptionist ). I am not naming the receptionist in question. I have no choice but to say that a receptionist that plays potentially with the health of patients by not giving appointments or arguing with them at a personal level how she feels about you is not healthy for anyone.

Especially “Chantal” and “France” at reception, who should not be in client-facing work positions, considering her consistent rude comments and poor attitude. Not an isolated incident. So rude every time I go in or speak to any reception staff over the phone. The one star goes out to Dr. Clement, who is a really fantastic doctor. Otherwise, I have not had a positive exchange with the staff at this clinic.

We checked with this Medical Centre and luckily for us a new Dr. was to start soon and took both my husband and I as patients and now our baby boy. Staff is awesome. Call backs are fast and our Dr., Dr. Koncan is amazing! We recommend this Medical Centre 100%
M	Marc Lavigne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to this medical center for as long as I can remember, 25+ years, I have always been treated great from staff weather it be reception or nurses, as for Dr.Clement, he has always been extremely efficient, professional and thorough, and I'm happy to see student doctors training under him as I believe they too will become great doctors under his guidance.

I've been trying to reach the receptionist for a week and still haven't been able to get a answer. My husband needed to be look at but instead of preventing a disaster we had to wait and now he in critical condition.

They have always been super pleasant and efficient, even in these difficult times. And as for Dr.Clement, he has always been extremely efficient, professional and will always take his time to ensure he has done everything he can for you. You will never find a doctor as dedicated to his work as Dr. Clement is.
