★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get an appointment within a 1-week time frame. They also don't answer their phones after 5 from what I can tell even though they are apparently open until 8. I've also had appointments mysteriously cancelled without being notified.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kyra Roeck is a consummate professional who treats conservatively by default but instantly gears up if the circumstances require it. She is very efficient, appropriately proscriptive, and always encouraging. Her skill set and knowledge base is both deep and broad. At the same time, she'll refer you to a specialist when required.

Yes, sometimes they are busy and sometimes it takes a few days to get in but that goes to show how many people trust her and her clinic. For the amount of people that go through there, they do a excellent job of organizing appointments.
