Amir was our home inspector and he was very thorough. At the end of the inspection, we received a very detailed report listing lots of things to work on. Especially as a new house-owner, it gave me a great sense of what needs attention and how urgently. Money very well spent! Thank you, Dr Behkish !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so pleased with the inspection service I received from Royal Canyon prior to purchasing. Dr. Behkish performed a very thorough inspection of all structural and non-structural components (foundation, siding, roofing, gutters, crawlspace inspection, attic inspection, plumbing, electrical, appliances, moisture content inspection,...).
After the inspection was done, he took the time to explain his findings and provided me with professional tips. He gave me a heads up that the furnace will die in 2-3 months, and it did happen in 2 months! However, based on his comments, I could get a discount from the seller to cover the cost of the new furnace. The inspection report that was in my inbox just a day after the inspection was very detailed and informative.
I definitely recommend Royal Canyon to whoever is looking for a stress-free and confident home purchase.

His great experience in his field comes from a successful work background and his passion for helping others. You wouldn't regret working with him because he inspects your home like his own. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great home inspection experience with Dr. Amir Behkish from Royal Canyon Home Inspection. One could instantly figure a professional's level of expertise, integrity, and commitment when they do their homework and show up well prepared. Dr. Behkish had reviewed all the required engineering documents prior to his visit and forwarded us all legal and technical materials before his arrival. He showed up on-time, well aware of the neighborhood, building, and steps of the inspection procedure. Accompanied by his assistant and after diligently inspecting lowest level parking lot and storage rooms, he proceeded with investigating the main unit and its appliances.
During the final 'customer walkthrough', Amir provided us with great insight regarding the wellness of the unit's structure, appliances, and effective age. The results of the inspection were documented and ready for our review after a few hours.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience with Amir and surely recommend him to anyone going though a single family home, townhouse or condo purchase process.
