★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences with Dr. Akhavan have been so positive. A number of years after a serious leg injury and complicated surgery I was still experiencing pain and mobility problems. Using active release treatment he was able to relieve those issues four or five years ago, and I have been pain free and completely mobile since then simply by keeping up the stretching routine that he showed me and popping in a couple times a year for a "tune up". So grateful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Akhavan diagnosed the problem from an injury within our first visit and was able to get results quickly. I had more of the mobility and strength within a few weeks, and then continued to strengthen the injured area with some treatment and other suggestions he had. Prior to my appointments with the active release, my injury forced me to modify my lifestyle with sports and activities. . I tried many other professionals (Physiotherapy and Chiropractic) before Dr Akhavan and unfortunately did not have the same results that I had with Dr Akhavan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started seeing Dr. Akhavan a few years ago and he has since been my primary chiropractor. I started my treatment when he did a great job at adjusting by back, and gave great advice for my spinal condition. I highly encourage anyone who goes to a chiropractor to also implement the daily excersizes or stretching that is given to you. This is the best way to see the fastest rate of improvement and get the best results. I frequently ask him for advice to improve my condition, and I'm happy to say he continues to deliver a wonderful treatment experience, helpful advice and a very caring attitude that makes anyone that steps into his office feel welcome and in great hands!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a very active person and its important for me to be able to workout daily. Once I started to have knee pain that was limiting me with my leisure activities, I started getting all kind of treatments like physio, acupuncture.... without much success. I looked for a chiropractor to assess my knee and I was lucky to be recommend to Dr. Akhavan. On the first visit, he told me what was wrong with my knee and he used shockwave therapy to relieve the pain. Within 5 treatments I was able to get back to working out. I highly recommend this Doctor to anyone. He is caring and has gentle demeanors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had slight scoliosis and constant back pain in 2010-2013. In fall 2013, I looked for treatment and Dr. Akhavan determined the source problem, got me on a program and within just a few weeks I was feeling much better. Within a few months, my pain was completely gone and pain has not come back since (as of 2021). This has been live changing for me. In 2017, I had some nagging and clicking pain in my shoulder and with Shockwave Therapy, Dr. Akhavan was able to treat me with only 5 sessions. As of 2021, none of these pains have come back. I have a 15min maintenance appointment every 3 months and this has been sufficient to feel fantastic and keep my body in order. Highest of recommendations for the process, communication, results and friendliness.
