Loved the cinic. Nicer then his other locations. Most down to earth doctor ive ever seen in Winnipeg. Highly recommended. He is the type of doctor that is not interested in giving you pills that you dont need and focuses more on lifestyle changes which I am so pro about. I have been following him for over a year and recommend him to all my family.

I brought my friend to this clinic on April 12th, for a colonoscopy appointment scheduled for 2:00 p.m with Dr. Yousef Reda. We both thought it was strange that they wanted her there an hour early, but we did as she was told and arrived at 1:00 p.m. She was told to fill a prescription - at her expense - of 2 pain killers and 8 Lorazepam, and was told to take the pain killers and 3 Lorazepam immediately to relax her for the procedure. 2:00 p.m. came and went and at approx. 3:00 p.m. I left to do an errand, and was shocked to find her still sitting in that chair at 4:00 p.m. when I returned. It was then we were told the doctor was running 2.5 hours behind schedule. The people ahead of us were told to take more Lorazepam because the doctor felt it was wearing off already because they had been there since 10:30 that morning! Unbeknownst to me and while I was out, the doctor told my friend to take more as well. She was already loopy but she did as she was told. When she was finally called in I took the bottle of Lorazepam was discovered it was empty and I couldn't figure out where the remaining 5 tablets went. I couldn't imagine she had taken them, so I was confused. When I was called back to sit with her in a recovery room, I was shocked to see her in a state of near unconsciousness. She couldn't stay awake for more than 2 seconds, she only woke up to vomit bile on the floor. I asked him where the other 5 Lorazepam went and he told me she took them!! Because she was feeling so much pain during the procedure, he apparently thought that overdosing her on Lorazepam would do the trick. But that doesn't make sense to me because the bottle was already empty before she went in. Looking back, I wish I hadn't left her to do that errand. He told me to sit with her for 20 minutes or so and he would check back to see how she was doing. So........2 hours later, she is still comatose, she's been vomiting on herself and she has actually soiled her pants and the doctor believes that I can take her home but it would be a good idea to get some additional help. She cannot walk, even with assistance, so I said this is dangerous already and she needs to go to the hospital. He phoned his bud at Concordia Hospital and was told to bring her in, and I was supposed to do that? I said "can you not call even a stretcher service because I can't do this....she's unconscious!" , so he called an ambulance (which will be on his dime, I guarantee that) and while we waited, she was out cold head first in the bathroom sink with vomit on her clothes and liquid running down her leg, so it can well be imagined how demoralizing this was for her and how disrespected she was. She was finally taken by ambulance at 7:00 p.m. April 12th and was discharged safely at 6:00 a.m. April 13th. Even then, she was still tired and disoriented and remembers nothing past the pain of the procedure, which she said was intense. And, to top it off, he prescribed anti nausea medication (which obviously didn't work and set me back almost $50.00) and the script was made out in a different patient's name! I would STRONGLY urge people to stay away from this clinic and that so-called doctor. I feel he could have killed my friend and I certainly wouldn't want to see him do this to anyone else. We will be filing a complaint with the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Something needs to be done about this, I feel this doctor is dangerous.

This medical clinic is very unprofessional, as the doctors and receptionist are inconsistent with patients and always going back and fourth from one patient to another. I was in here today and I waited 3 hours for a check up to be done. Check ups should only be 20 minutes to 45. As I was waiting the doctor had seen 4 other patients during my appointment and had finished with the people who had come after me. Very unprofessional and such a wast of my time. Never will I ever come to this place nor will I ever recommend it.

Had my gastroscopy and colonoscopy here. It was a great experience. Staff was very friendly. I had my colonoscopy done at St Boniface and SOGH and the nurses there were very rude. This place treated me like a normal person. Dr. Reda did use medication under the tongue which is different but he made me feel at ease throughout the procedure. I don't remember anything from my colonoscopy which is what I wanted. The upper camera test was a bit difficult but manageable. I did have to wait 2 hours for my scope but this was still worth it as I needed to be checked up! Thank you so much

I had a different experience. This doctor was compassionate and took the time to care for my issues. My family went to see two separate specialists in the city who could not diagnose her. This is the first one who has ever been able to relieve the horrible pain she has been through. He diagnosed her with nerve impingement syndrome which the pain went away with a referral to pan am clinic. He took time to listen to us and answer all our questions. Highly recommend it.

I only used the pharmacy facilities and not any services the clinic provided, but both times I entered, one of the receptionists at the desk did not and seemed to refuse to have a mask on, which made for a wholly uncomfortable experience

I walked in to see a doctor. The place is open but the lady said there is no doctor in. He takes half days on Friday. I wish I knew that before I drove here.
