About Centre de santé Saint-Boniface

  • vous aider à déterminer le niveau de soins médicaux dont vous avez besoin;
  • vous aiguiller vers l’établissement de santé le plus approprié à vos besoins;
  • vous informer du traitement à domicile des blessures mineures;
  • vous conseiller en matière de prévention des maladies et des blessures;

I was just on the phone asking for information on how to obtain a record of my immunizations. Quick, fast and so friendly the staff at helping me.

Not sure why they have a picture of St Boniface Hospital for their street view? The clinic is located on Goulet. A little confusing? Great clinic. They take great care of my mother.

Called on Friday for travel vaccine, wasn’t sure where to get done. Population Health (?) admin secreatary was very friendly and advised that she could redirect me to the right number and building.she then asked if I needed help with anything else. So friendly to speak to, genuine and very helpful compared to some people who just say “wrong number”. I recommend this place a lot. The staff need to be applauded , every time I go in I see nothing but smiles.

I needed to get stitches after cutting my thumb with a Mandolin making pie for Thanksgiving. I had the best care, the staff were incredible, compassionate, thorough, and they ensured I understood all that was being done. I was in quickly and out in an hour over a long weekend. Thank you so VERY much for putting me at ease and for sewing me back together!

The doctor I see is very good but VERY difficult to get an appointment with. Consistently booking 6 weeks out, takes 20-30 minutes to get through on the phone. They have a ridiculous same-day system where you can call in at 8:30 am as if it were a radio contest to try to get an appointment. If you don't get through, too bad for you. Try again the next day. This system really needs to be reworked.

I've been going to the Centre de Santé since I moved to Winnipeg. It's sometimes a little hard to get an appointment with a doctor (from my experience I've had to wait on average at least 2 to 4 weeks). Often I end up just going to the walk-in for urgent matters and the nurses are great. I recently dealt with a pressing medical issue. I didn't have any appointment and couldn't make it to the walk-in but the receptionists Aiché and Tasure went out of their way to assist and get me to see a doctor as soon as possible to get an appropriate prescription. The receptionists are always super friendly, polite and trying to best accommodate everyone. Highly recommend!

The doctors I have seen have all been great however I cannot say the same for the front reception staff. I have had more terrible experiences dealing with receptionists than good. Whether it be blatantly disregarding my unavailability for appointments even after repeating myself several times and offering me a time slot that doesn't work for me, them having incorrect information on file even though I have never changed said wrong information or sending documents to my old address. Most recently, I was told that they do not email forms to patients as it's 'not even an option here' and was told to 'take the bus' when I advised her I did not have access to a vehicle during their open hours to come get the forms. Or better yet, was told that 'I don't control the mail' when I asked (Wednesday) how it made sense that I would get the forms she sent again yesterday before an appointment the following Monday if I hadn't even received the ones they sent the week before??? How is it that a doctor's office cannot email forms to a patient, especially during covid times and especially when mailing the forms clearly isn't working? I understand the risk of sending personal health information via email due to possible PHIA breeches however these forms are completely blank.
