★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They appreciate patients who do not know how to advocate for themselves. Shut up and wait for what they choose to tell you. Our breast health is basic and nothing more. Look to other provinces or to the USA if you want treatment that may make a difference. Do your homework and ensure they follow the 2016 breast health standards even though it is 2021. Always ask how long the tumor actually was there . My tumor was missed .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first few times you go here, they treat you like gold!!! If you have to come here on a semi-regular basis, you are treated as an extreme annoyance!!! The last time, when I had another lump, they told me I would have to wait 3 months for an appointment. The reason.... the last lump you had was benign.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been trying to be seen for well over 2 months and they keep cancelling me and telling me the wrong dates for appointments. My problems are 1000 times worse and they don’t seem to care. They’ve yelled at me on the phone a couple of times and blame me for not answering my phone when I haven’t received ANY calls. Don’t expect help fast.
