They do not answer their phones and rarely respond to emails effectively. I urge you to order online elsewhere especially if the situation is dire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse cie et service ever. I placed an order a month ago and I still haven’t shipped my order. They took my paiement of course but they told me by email that we have to wait months. What’s the purpose of purchasing medical socks and wait for months?
Right now I am still waiting for my order to arrive or to be canceled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself frustration, don't buy from them.
They have good prices but, they are very slow to ship orders. Instead of indicating the estimated delivery date when an order is placed like other online retailers, they vaguely state of possible delays. In addition, they cite fraud as they reason why they can not cancel unshipped orders. If taking money without delivering goods is not fraud, it is surely dishonest. Medical products are essential for health. Month long delays are not acceptable.
Update April 19, 2022 - Jan 25 order still outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great prices on amazing quality compression socks!! Would highly recommend, worth the wait if ordering online (had to wait only an extra day from delivery date or so to get mine assuming covid can mess with delivery sometimes). Overall good, professional expert experience!

It’s been longer than a month since I ordered as I desperately need them for medical reasons but this company continues to delay delivery. I am going to call my credit card company and see if I can cancel my order so that I can order from a company that will actually ship within a reasonable time frame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've tried multiple different compression socks/sleeves from suppliers over the years that all never lived up to their cost or longevity. Accucare's excellent customer service and professionalism to deliver the best of the best quality for specific needs is needless to say a breath of fresh air!! Order was seamless took about 3 weeks to get after claiming with Manulife. Will be looking forward to ordering more :)
