★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this clinic to have a beautiful atmosphere, the reception was kind, calm and discrete( I was having my eye checked so discretion wasn't necessary but I imediately felt safe if I wanted some). I met a physicians assistant, Josh who collaborated with one of the fantasic doctors. Everyone spoke softly and their touch was caring. I felt like they had time for me and walked away feeling cared for. I immediately told my friends that don't like their current doctors that this clinic is taking new patients. This is the best clinic atmosphere I have experienced. Also, I am intrigued by their dedication to the gay community and I felt a level of respect that goes beyond service in any field. Beyond impressed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a few issues with this clinic.
1) Hard to book and appointment
2) Their weekday availability only goes until 15:30
3) LONG wait times when you sign in at the clinic for your appointment
4) Appointments are only available a month in the future when you are booking
5) Cancellations on the clinic's end happens quite a bit
Our Own Health clinic is a waste of time and energy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this clinic, especially for queer people. The facility is very modern and clean and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The doctors make you feel comfortable and take the time to make sure your concerns are dealt with. They do not rush and do not limit you to one issue per appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Smith was my doctor an excellent doctor but when he retired they moved and their receiptionist at the new office doesn't even put you on hold as she puts you down! I was passed to kimbelman and then gravel until this Meagan lady that won't accept appointments unless under her terms grumpy old doctor And ..They Are Not There To Help you in the least now days ..miss Dr Smith

Put on hold by receptionist-NEVER CAME BACK TO CALL.
Call was eventfully dropped.
Seriously time to look for another doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doctor's office is a complete joke, Dr. Kimelman especially! He is a very biased and judgmental doctor and needs to learn how to give professional advice like a real doctor. I feel bad for the people that actually go to this office to be left waiting for at least an hour. Dr. Smith was the best doctor out there and unfortunately his patients were left with this doctor. My advice: go get a better physician!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Was a patient of now retired Dr. Smith, who took the best care of me. New doctors tried replacing him, but none stuck. Made an appointment for June, only to show up at the old Exchange District office to be told they moved.
Called to say I was enroute to new location and phone lines were down for about a week. I received an email stating that they would call me to reschedule. Needless to say, they never called so I finally made my way to the new location (which is no easy feat given their difficult address) only to be told my appointment would be either September 25th, or see a different doctor in late October. I need care now! Not a month or 2 from now!
Clinic and reception IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST I’ve ever dealt with. I’m now searching for a new general physician as they have no gay doctor’s like the previous clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another former patient of Dr Smith. I was waiting on surgery when the pandemic hit and delayed all that until god knows when. In the mean time, I reached out multiple times trying to ask what I should do if/when I receive my paperwork since Dr Smith has retired. No responses at all. Neither by phone, nor by email. So I guess my answer is "go somewhere else."
Dr Smith, if you happen to ever see this, you get five stars. The clinic as it is now isn't even worth the 1 I'm leaving here.
