★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm rather conflicted about this rating. It's not so much about my doctor but about the HORRIBLE website. My doctor is relatively new to the clinic. One would think that if there is a page devoted to new doctors at the clinic, that my doctor would be included on there along with contact information if I want to make an appointment to go see her. You go to Google the clinic to get a main number/switchboard...NOPE! it's an individual doctor's phone number!
There are dead Links/404 error messages on the website and absolutely no way to contact the clinic in general. The lack of maintenance and thoroughness on this website is a complete turn off.
My doctor on the other hand is pretty good. It's too bad that you can't reach her. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be incredibly frustrated with this website and lack of contact information about her. When you are in pain and want to see your doctor It's ridiculous to have to navigate an awful website only to come up empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't convince me to walk through the doors of this place if I was about to die. Staff is rude and obnoxious and God forbid you question them about their ridiculous policies or they'll become unprofessional, condescending and treat you like a piece of garbage. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. If the doctor(Peter ho) can't figure out the allergy you have you will be asked if you suffer from anxiety. Never have i ever suffered anxieties but I definitely was very angry after hearing that. Good luck using his services if you actually want an answer to your allergies go somewhere else or use Google you have better chances that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm praying the receptionist for Dr. Nguyen finds a job she can actually bear doing or at least undergoes much needed customer sevice training as she is incredibly unpleasant from start to finish. If you're unfamiliar with the area, arriving 35 minutes prior has proven to be insufficient and calling the office for help navigating as a last resort is also not an option as they place you on hold for far too long, and then are disrespectful upon arrival. Dr. Nguyen herself was absolutely wonderful with a thorough examination and explaination of everything with great detail. Dr. Nguyen was very helpful and took care of my needed perscriptions while also considering my finances and benefits plan. Dr. Nguyen herself is a wonderful doctor, however, the rest of the trip was a nightmare due to the horrendous reception and parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anang needs to work on sensitivity towards patients when revealing a diagnosis. Just because you are well informed because you see things like this all the time...doesn't mean your patients went to university and medical school with you. Rambling on underneath a mask...I could not understand half of what he said. When I asked questions he would respond almost as if annoyed that I wasn't listening because he "just explained it". He made me feel like nothing was wrong with me, he downplayed the fact that I have a freaking brain aneurysm, and made me feel stupid for asking questions and the best thing to do was do absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this doctor. Also he was 45 mins late for my appointment which lasted barely any time...because ya know ..who cares about making me feel okay. Just another day as a neurologist. Seems like he finds no joy in anything he does. Very uncomfortable at both appointments.
