Working the floor in shoe section - waited and asked and no one even after they said they’d page someone. Finally someone showed after a while and we asked for kids cleats and he’s like all you had to look. He points there and they’re one tiny red pair on the entire kids wall .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just went there today 20 Dec 2021 to get new shoes and I asked the white girl on the cash counter if I can have a plastic bag coz my other stuff was getting out so she asked did you buy it from here and I said not yet. She said then you can't have it. She was so rude. She could have said it nicely by saying sorry it's our store policy or whatever. Seems like either she doesn't know customer service or she is fed up from her job. Giving customer bag with company logo raise publicity. Anyhow I still love to buy from sports check but gonna avoid visiting at same location.

So happy with the service , product knowledge and his ability to care for other customers while helping me...outstanding mu9ltitasking...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good selection although the prices are not always competitive. Lots of things to consider with sports equipment and the staff was helpful. Bought surf walkers which they had in stock. Nice that they are open again to clients. Better to buy face to face.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to this Sportcheck location to look for a pair of asics running shoes. One of the sales employees Dez was helping me and brought me 5 different pairs of shoes. I appreciated the workers patience because I was asking for several pairs. One of the managers was helping me as well and they made sure I found what I was looking for. I ended up making an online purchase because they did not have my size in store. Overall great experience, the staff found a different way I can find my shoes by offering to order online for me. Polite staff, great customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this location. At first glance the store looks small bit once you're inside it's actually a pretty decent size. You'll be able to find your size in shoes a little easier at this location compared to others for the most part. Good service and friendly staff too.
