★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our group of five used Spirit Bear for a ski rental during a recent trip to Whistler. Apart from the obvious convenience of in-room fitting, especially important after travelling from the UK, the equipment was great, the staff were helpful and friendly and the cost was very reasonable. They were also able to help us with a couple of things we’d not brought with us - gloves and a helmet - at a decent price and, again, without leaving our hotel room. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect! They had my gear ready to go and showed up at my hotel right when they said they would. They're happy to accommodate if you want to swap boards during your rental period also which I thought was cool. Seemed like honest guys also as I had accidentally booked and paid for an extra non skiing day which they picked up on, and emailed me to let me know they'd refunded that days rental.
Thanks guys would use again although I got hooked and bought my own gear!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented three sets of skis for our stay in Whistler from Spirit Bear. Online booking went flawlessly, delivery to our hotel was exactly on time. Almost brand new equipment, nice and helpful staff, additional boots were quickly fetched from their store (Spicy Ski). Exchange of boots during our stay at the store worked easily. Return was equally easy: a quick call, pick up time agreed, again perfectly on time, no hassle. Best rates that we could find in Whistler - all in all a perfect experience. Will definitely book with them again ! Thanks to the team !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only way to go when you are in Whistler/Blackcomb. They make the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish. The staff is beyond friendly and knowledgeable, In addition to having everything delivered straight to your day and picked up seamlessly you could go to their shop at the bottom of either mountain for any updates/fixes are swap out of gear. Their prices are fantastic too!

Fantastic value for money as well, literally half the price of other quotes I was given for whistler. You can't go wrong using these guys!
