★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to 5 places in Whistler, and couldn't get a proper fit. Another vendor said I might check out Alpine Pro. Best service. Everyone on staff is very knowledgeable. I also had a budget.
We went a little over budget, but I'm happy. I will be coming back for many years.
Thanks Bill. Let it snow. I'm so excited to try out new equipment.

Started on Gondi when Whistler ski instruction made comments about my older ski-boots and recommended investing in new ones at Alpine.
Even thou they took several foot measurements, I was sold an oversized boot because they didn't have my size in-stock. Apparently the $200+ custom 3D inserts were "suppose to make fit like glove" well, they didn't..... my feet were swimming even after they molded liner to my foot.
I left unhappy but returned the very next morning for a partial refund.... cost me $350 and no boots. Found same boots around the corner Can-Ski for less money and more sizes.
Bill (owner) was nice guy, but I feel they took advantage of me being an out-of-towner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a pair of boots from surefoot 3 yrs ago. The boots hurt my feet since day 1. I was staying in upper village and decided to take them in to see Bill. He re fitted my boot shell with a new liner and foot beds. 1st time in years I skied with no pain. I highly recommend this shop . If u are looking for a new boot this would b the place to go

And their rates for the services we were interested in were cheaper than our go-to shop in the US. 6 (six) out of five stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! I wanted to buy my 'last' pair of boots so I wanted them to be perfect. And that's what I think I got. The service was excellent and this team really knows what they are doing. Highly recommend!
Update: tried the new boots today and they were perfect- no adjustments needed! I am so happy with my decision to buy boots from these guys. Ask for Oscar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wish I could give business more than 5 stars. I brought band new boots to ski in Whistler. I knew that I would need some adjustments. After day two I searched for fitters and found Alpine Pro. Alex and Mariah were great! Super knowledgeable and great customer service. They took care of all my issues and had my boots ready at 8:00 am the next day. Excellent business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been skiing in uncomfortable and poorly flitting boots for years. I needed to upgrade to something that would work for both touring and resort and the experience I had at Alpine Pro with Bill was beyond what I ever expected.
I dropped in and lucked out that they had had an appointment cancellation. In a little over 2 hours my wonky feet were fitted in boots that were the right size and sit with custom footbeds. The service and help we recieved to get me in the right fitting boot was great and just a few days into skiing with them I'm much more comfortable.
My partner was so jealous of my new boots that he went back 2 weeks later to get new boots for himself too and now we are both skiing more comfortably than we have in years. 10/10 service. 10/10 knowledge. 10/10 for the o for table ski days that have followed.
