★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would definitely recommend Hope's Spice and Grill, we ordered the lunch special Lamb Curry and Butter Chicken each at $13.99 and Taj Mahal beer $8, not bad pricing I think. Go check it out.

The depth of flavors in both dishes were outstanding. Best Indian food I’ve ever had. Like you were in Indian eating at a local home blessed with a Mom whose a master in the kitchen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would love this to be a review of the food - but unfortunately we never got to eat there. We arrived late in Hope and were looking for dinner. Saw their OPEN sign - it was around 8:35 or so. Front door said they were open until 9. We went in and the waitress looked at us a little oddly - we said “4 for dinner”. She turned and asked someone we couldn’t see if they were still serving. The response was “SERIOUSLY!” Then he said to us (without actually showing himself) “The kitchen closes at 8:45”. My suggestion to this restaurant is if you are no longer serving food - turn off your open sign. If you actually don’t serve anyone after 8:30 - then that is your closing time. So have no idea about the food - but if it is anything like their customer service - it isn’t good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here 3 days in a row while in Hope. Crazy good Butter Chicken along with the portion size. They do it right because you get the food very very hot, which seems rare these days. Look forward to returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly attentive server. Very good food I got the "chicken biryani", and spouse got the "mango lassi" (mango milk drink) and "butter chicken", apparently they have the best butter chicken in Hope (I believe it).
Naan was good and fresh.
The atmosphere was good inside the restaurant and felt pretty private.
Also I feel like they really did a good job on their signage for their restaurant, we were driving around and it jumped out at me. Eye catching off the main road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is amazing! Highly recommend the fish pakora, great appetizer. So much flavour in all the dishes. You need to try this! I'm glad I did. Way better than most of the Indian restaurants in Surrey/Delta area.
