Natan was prompt, available on short notice, and professional. He did high quality appliance repair and installation work for a reasonable price. I am definitely putting Speed as my go-to appliance repair person.

Nathan came at short notice (Dec 24) and fixed the issue on the very same day. He immediately diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain the issue in detail. He also adjusted our fridge door at no additional charge and did a courtesy cleanup as well. The price was reasonable and the level of professionalism was impeccable. This will definitely be our “go to” company from here on.

Nattan came and repaired our dryer this morning he was on time knew exactly what he was doing friendly and efficient. He also gave us tips and tricks to make our other appliances last. We would definitely hire Nathan again. Great job from start to finish

Nathan was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. We first called him to fix our washer....only to find out we had a frozen water line not a washer issue. What he charged was extremely reasonable! Then our dryer quit on us....he came right away, knew what the problem was, ordered the part and fixed our machine the day the part arrived!!! If you are thinking of buying a washer/dryer set...DON'T get an Electrolux! Our dryer was only 14 months old and the Control Board had to be replaced!

I had an issue with my samsung refrigerator, and Nathan from Speed Appliance Repair was able to book me for an appointment promptly. He came over and he was very knowledge of the problem and solution. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism. What I learned is once you find an incredible service repair company like this, you feel much better because you know they will be able to handle all problems with your appliances. Nathan was amazing. He not only fixed my dishwasher and ice box in my refrigerator but also gave me tips on maintenance to avoid having him out for future visits. His prices are very reasonable. I would definitely call him again and refer him to all my friends.

I can't say enough good things about Nathan or the immeasurable value of his service. He is incredibly professional and kind and will get the job done right (and then some) for very fair pricing. This kind of professional is rare in the service world! He came recommended on a community FB page and I will never use any other company going forward. I called him at 7am on a Saturday and not only did he answer he was willing to come same day! When my scheduling didn't work, he was super helpful in finding and scheduling a time as soon as fit my schedule. I really appreciated his ongoing communication leading up to the appointment and letting me know when he was on his way. Once he arrived, he got the dishwasher working within an hour, was very tidy and took the time to clean additional parts, make some cosmetic repairs and run a cleaning cycle. He gave me advice for maintenance of the dishwasher and all of my other appliance and told me I could call him anytime with any appliance related questions, which is just above and beyond! On his way out I mentioned that a mini-fridge by the door which was meant to be for my son's birthday for his 'kid cave' wasn't working, he not only had a look at it and did a quick diagnostic, when he determined that it was likely not repairable he offered me a mini-fridge for my son that he had in his garage! He delivered on this promise and made my son very, very happy. Nathan's generosity, compassion and kindness will leave a mark on our family for time to come. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, professional repair service for your appliances - look no further. Nathan isn't just a come and go repair person, he takes the time to build relationships with his clients, takes his job seriously, will respect your time, be transparent, be patient with your pets (my puppy was jumping up and down on him) and deliver on his promises. I can't more highly recommend Nathan and his company - this type of service is extremely rare!

Natan came out the same day I called for a dryer repair. He came with the parts needed to repair it and it worked perfectly. Throughout the repair he explained everything he did and did a thorough clean of the interior of the dryer. He is extremely reasonable with his pricing, professional, prompt and courteous. I will certainly use him again and make sure I recommend him to friends and family (it's hard to get an honest and competent repair person so now that I've found one I will try to make sure he's busy!)
