★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this company earlier this year for a refrigerator repair. The only good part was their response time. I have a rental property and am out of town, so unable to check the quality of the work right away. At the time of the repair I had to get the refrigerator fixed asap so that my tenants were happy, but this company were not transparent in their pricing or for the specifics on the job. Despite multiple emails asking for the specific parts that were being replaced, I never did get the exact part numbers which matched manufacturer parts and those I was given I found significantly lower at Canadian suppliers, so I can only assume their suppliers are higher than all other suppliers.
I recently returned to check on the property and have found that the refrigerator repair does not appear to have solved the problem that started it and the refrigerator is freezing at the back. Instead of wasting more time and money on this, I have had to replace it.
I would also be suspicious of the 5 star reviews from people who are affiliated with the company, my invoice was from Ecconik Ltd, which is the same user who gave the first 5 start review on here.
