Had a bit of a mix up with it being delivered to the wrong house, but the owner responded right away and called me to sort things out. She was super pleasant, apologized for the mistake, and put together a new basket which she personally delivered a couple hours later. I was very impressed with the swiftness and sincerity of the customer service we received.

I have used Blondie Basket as my exclusive basket and gift provider for the last two organizations I have worked for and all my personal gifts as well. Knowing that each basket is curated specifically for each person, I was able to provide gifts to my team knowing that they wouldn't receive cookie cutter/off the shelf gifts. Blondie Baskets help me to make other people feel special and unique!
