★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I've used these guys - the first time was when my dryer stopped working, and now again six months later when my washing machine stopped working. Both times, the repair work was done quickly and professionally, and I have no complaints. I would definitely call these guys again for any future repair work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $366 for I kid you not less than 20min of work. Asked me to supply towels and a container to catch the water, even uses my tools I had sitting in the laundry room. Complained about moving out the stacked combo for longer then the work actually took to complete. Also made several comments about not having cell reception so he was unable to find out what the error code was. (Yet the square payment and invoice went through no problem). So I showed him it was a drain error and the mechanical lock wouldn’t open the washer and used google on my own phone.
Not the best customer service or even average, the guy needed to work on his interpersonal skills a lot.
Overall the washer works now so yes it did get fixed, hence the 3 stars. For the price next time I think I’ll pay 3 friends with a pizza to move the washer and use youtube to fix it, seems more cost effective then the price I ended up paying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my ice maker break on a three year LG fridge which is disappointing. We love our ice maker. Yuri did a great job of explaining the cost of the part, which was high, in a direct way and communicating how he would fix it. I really liked his approach. You are always wondering if the advice is good in these situations but Yuri has a way of easing that concern. I would highly recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My freezer started making a loud noise that would not stop and started building up ice whereas it normally did not. The temperature in the fridge portion was warmer than normal. I called quite a few companies Google suggested that were in my area and all of them didn't have technicians available until 5-7 days away. Maple Leaf Appliance was able to come the next day and luckily I didn't have to throw my food out. Technician was quick and friendly. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very happy with Maple Leaf Appliance repair. Alex was prompt, courteous and answered all our questions. He also got our dishwasher backup and running very quickly. He knew exactly what the issue was as soon as we described the problem, and he was able to confirm it and show me the issue before the repair. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our fridge broke down after a power outage in the neighborhood. We tried to repair ourselves but we’re not successful. Decided to call in the repair guys. Which determine the issue to be the computer module. Got it ordered and replaced and it worked like a charm. So happy to have a working fridge again!
As for the company- they are super easy to get a hold of. Incredibly professional to deal with and willing to work with you to get things done quickly and efficiently! So happy !! Thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online which was super quick and convenient. The day of service Yuri (the repair man) was on time, and we'll prepared. During the repair we had an invaluable conversation. Yuri answered all of my questions and provided me with tips on how to help my machine last longer. Over all this was a significantly better experience than I was expecting. Being honest no one likes having to call for repair. I would have these folks back again without hesitation. Thanks so much Maple Leaf for a job well done and for hiring an amazing technician.
