★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t thank them enough for helping me fix me Ford Escape. After a dreadful drive home from my cabin, I was able to drop it off and they were able to look at it (and fix it!) within days. Tough to find honest mechanics these days, but I am always confident taking our vehicles here. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just took my car in for an oil change, and to check into my exhaust as my car sounded Ike a diesel. They identified it was an issue with gasket replaced that and they also noticed a broken lug nut which they repaired. Very happy with the service provided I will be going back next time I have an issue.

Nic was very upfront and honest about what was fixed on the vehicle, provided me with a full detailed report, and told me to come back if I had any issues. We have had no issues with the vehicle aside from regular wear, and even considered buying a second vehicle from them. This mechanic shop has quickly become our go to when we have any issues that can't wait. Upfront, honest, and feels like a small town shop. Can't beat that in Calgary!

Called three other shops first (because they were closer) and none of them were available or willing to book an appointment. Called Southwood and immediately got a time booked for the same day! They were very thorough with their inspection and communicated the information very clearly! I would highly recommend their services!
