★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manchor Tso is extremely rude. Doesn’t even deserve the one star should get ZERO! I was refused to even look at the townhouse because I am not available to rent July 1 as he wants. I am available to rent starting August 1. How rude!!! This is his text message to me “If you not looking to rent for july 1st or earlier, i am not interested“ Today is May 19 in my initial email I clearly stated I was looking for August. Very disgusted by this horrible treatment. I was ready to give deposit and 3 months prepaid this morning. Manchor is refusing and ignoring my calls, texts and emails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to live. I work from home and the nieghborhood is quite and landlord is super chill and unintrusive. Love the kitchen and the layout. Had one issue with the upstairs bathroom toilet and the landlord had a plumber come in and fix it right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really excellent design! the colours and the materials chosen by the developer are well thought out and help set it apart from all the vinyl siding shoe boxes in the neighbourhood. You can tell this developer is trying to build something special that stands the test of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived in these townhouses since they were first built and i love my unit! It super spacious and love the appliances. Property management is top-notch, really attentive and responds to all requests, answers all my questions and concerns. I feel at ease and safe living here and it's a great neighbour. 10/10 would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love renting at Southern Village! My unit is so spacious and modern. Our appliances look and work great! The property is well cared for and maintained. It’s also awesome being close to parks. My landlord and staff on site are always kind and friendly too. Great place to be! :)
