When I tried to ask questions, i was basically told that if i wanted answers, they would answer them ONLY after I brought them in my house and PAID for it. These questions were generic, just wanted to know how much, what they would do, ect. NEVER AGAIN

I booked a fireplace service on for a 1 year anniversary service. I booked several weeks in advance and called to confirm the appointment since I booked the day off work. I received a text at 5:15 pm that they cannot do the service. I was texted to call back to reschedule the appointment. This was by far, the rudest, most impersonal service experience I have ever had.

Jennifer responded promptly and despite being nearly an hour from their shop, Jake arrived to provide a quote. This install was for my mother’s lake house and I must say, the patience Jake had explaining the various options to her in a way she could understand was exemplary. She was comfortable with Jake and the products he recommended and after a very short deliberation, decided to proceed with a Quadra flame unit. Jennifer set us up with online payment for the deposit - easy! Jake arrived a few weeks later at the scheduled time. Along with Jeff, they proceeded to lay down all necessary protective covering and observed an extra measure of safety, keeping distance as required during this COVID thing. The whole install took a few hours, Jake talking through the install with my mother and ensuring she was comfortable all the while. The fit and finish was very good and he took the time (quite late into the day - after finishing time, I’m sure) to walk us through how to light the fire, season the wood, and how to operate the unit fully. I’m quite impressed by the whole experience. I work in global customer service and I have to say, the professionalism and trust this operation exudes is rare. Highly recommend these guys - not only was the service great, the quality of work is excellent. Thanks for getting us warmed up - the unit is functioning perfectly. :)

The appointment was 2 days ago, they did not show up, didn't even have the courtesy to say they weren't coming. Definately would NOT recommend this company.
