Ordered custom chair! order specifically stated Soft foam. Was delivered to Kate -surprisingly it was never checked out by her,- was fully wrapped in plastic when I picked up and because it was snowing did not uncover. Got it home CAN’T sit on it ( have issues which Kate was fully aware of) and Kate refuses to deal with it! How’s that for customer service!!!! Do yourself a favor - go elsewhere!!!!!

She did not disappoint with the quality of the drapes and the delivery date --- and it would have been understandable if there were delays during this particularly challenging time. Kate is very personable and professional. I consider myself very fortunate to have such a wonderful store in our town where we can shop local!
