★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a washer from Matt's 6 weeks ago and it has only worked for 1 week of the 6 weeks. I called to tell them we are now on our second service call and dealing with a new problem than we had the first time. I told them I believe we had been sold a lemon. I was then told that after we spent $1000 in their store that they will do nothing for us.
The manager on the phone was rude and told me that he has a dishwasher from their shop that has broken down four times and he can't get service either. He then proceeded to speak to me in a patronising way and hang up on me.
We wanted to support a local shop and I have never been so disappointed with the customer service. I will never purchase from them again and will advise everyone I know to avoid them as well. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a sectional with power reclining chairs 2 years ago, one of the chairs quit so we took back to store for repair as they assured us not a problem to get parts. Just to say when we originally purchased we were very concerned about the electrical parts but they said no problems ever. Now there answer to us is that parts are obsolete and chair can’t be fixed. Store said furniture and appliances change all the time and pretty much sucks to be us. The store and employees are not very honest.
