★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygienist are the best they really take care of you. Doctors are okay but they should work on their interpersonal skills.
I often feel like they come and check 2mins and often push their invisalign treatments on you.
Front desk staff are attentive and polite.

I was privately emailed by South Royal Dental as to why a review went down to 1 Star. You asked!;
I keep getting messages and calls to pay an outstanding $60 Bill.
This is the 2nd time you have charged us months after our payment. I will not pay any outstanding bill. It
was NEVER outstanding. We pay as soon as the appointment is done, and you come to us 6 months later to say we owe you.
This sounds unfair, unprofessional and fraudulent. If you haven't balanced your books, it looks like you are coming
after me because of your own mistake. It's the second time and I believe another reviewer said the same thing.
I have spent thousands of dollars at your office. Anytime I ask for clarification, I get rude responses from front desk. I can post those if you like.
I also went to see Dr. Rolston for a crown. He wanted me to replace two but he didn't replace the one that I asked,
then told me to get the other one! That is wrong. This is why 5 star went down to 1. Please stop harassing me and I will
be willing to come back if you pay for the crown that wasn't fixed.
I have taken my business elsewhere to Smile Well Dental in North Vancouver.

My dentist was ever so nice, receptionist and lady doing my x-rays also so nice and very friendly my hygienist made cleaning teeth not scary, he was so gentle and very helpful.
I highly recommend to everyone including my husband and son.
