If you want to be totally disrespected when you call regarding the deficiencies, be promised it will be fixed but never have them come back - you got it... this is the company for you.

Price are fair market value these days too. Me and my husband will call them soon for some other work we need done. They ripped out and take away our old driveway and installed our new driveway in only two days, the work was done perfectly before time and on budget. This was the best contractor experience I've ever had - I wish all contractors were like South Okanagan Deck & Rail and Glass . I got estimates from several concrete companies; South Okanagan Deck & Rail and Glass was in the middle talking about price. What impressed me is their fast communication, helpfulness and attention to detail. Clint, the owner, was on time, very efficient and super responsive. When he came out to do a free estimate for our new concrete driveway , he arrived on time, measured the driveway, discussed options with us and gave me the estimate the same day. We love our new driveway! - I am still amazed how perfectly it matches our house and landscaping. Amazing! I'm impressed with South Okanagan Deck & Rail and Glass... we're going to have them replace our back patio as well.
B	Betty Friesen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finished product was fine. But to get to that point was so frustrating. We waited over two months from the time of the estimate till it was installed. We would drop in or phone as to the status of the order only to be told, they had no idea. The owner ,Clint, kept the schedule and the employees were not privy to that information. Clint would not return any calls. We are talking about outside railings for our steps. When they came to install it they put up the frame of the railings only. Asked about where the pickets were , this is the narrower rails that go inside of the framework, we were told that was not included in the estimate. They cost over 200 dollars more. Very disappointed in the service.

Also the crotchety old lady at the front counter I think the only words in her vocabulary are “I’m sorry will get around to it” or, The owner had to run out for an emergency repair I don’t know many repairs that take a month but clearly the glass situation in the valley is critical. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy how they are still in business is beyond me? You’d have better luck calling a company in Kelona to come down and get what you need done before you go here. I think the good comments only come from people that are friends because there’s no way you could say this company is good
